In 2002 Doug, created Front Line Work Force Inc., he recognized there was a void within the staffing industry and endeavored to bring back to the industry the credibility it was lacking. In the succeeding years, the company has broadened its expertise in supporting clients with a wider range of skill sets, adding professional positions that have come to include, engineering, manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, skilled trades and in 2015 the creation of FrontLine Healthcare.

With over 31 years of experience within the Staffing Industry, Helen is responsible for the oversight and management of the company’s compliance and ethics program, including all compliance initiatives, internal audits, and training.

Helen is responsible for applying a common philosophy of best practices to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness through system implementation, identification of opportunities for improvement, facilitation of team decision-making sessions, supporting change that will lead to greater clinical patient outcomes

Dave Mcquilkin

CFO

Dave is responsible for leading all the financial operations and activities for FrontLine and establishing and monitoring financial plans and budgets for the company.

Dave brings a wealth of financial experience to Front Line. Dave is also the Dealer principle of Milton Ford and is well known in the community for his philanthropic support to various agencies in and around the Milton areas.
