Front Line Health Care provides support to communities by providing quality staff to help care for Children, adolescents, adults, and seniors who are experiencing severe behavioural, social, emotional, cognitive and psychiatric difficulties who often require additional support in the hospital. Our service is focused on the safety of clients and health care staff, in situations where one-to-one support would be helpful during hospitalization.

In the hospital environment, associates provide support as mental health professionals assisting an interdisciplinary team to serve clients and their families. Provision of direct care and advocating for a client experiencing an acute crisis or ongoing supervision, assuring safety measures to protect the client, family, staff, and the environment are priorities of the support worker.

Shelter Support

Our staff are skilled and highly effective, offering support to organizations that provide temporary protection and support for individuals escaping difficult situations or experiencing behavioural, social, physical, emotional, and/or psychiatric difficulties.

The staff we refer to you will be qualified to perform the job, have a legitimate interest in the position and understand the complex needs of the individuals they work with. Front Line Health Care workers are highly skilled with the ability to ensure that their requirements are met effectively.

Long Term Care

Our highly effective and dedicated team of workers are skilled to work in a variety of residential care programs. Our services are available to work with residents in order to ensure they receive the best possible care. We believe that finding the right fit for your program is a key to success.

Our staff help people live as safe as possible when they can no longer perform everyday activities on their own. We focus on resident’s personal needs, preferences and prioritize activities of daily living and providing dependable and individualized care that helps individuals who have difficulty directing their own care.

Group Homes
