General Labour-Dry Blends

Our client is recognized as Canada’s leading food ingredient supplier, distributing a wide range of raw materials for the food and personal care market and specializing in the manufacture of antioxidants, release agents, bakery concentrates, dough conditioners and vitamin and mineral enrichment blends.

Pay Rate: $16.50/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Major Intersection: Creditview and Derry
Job Description:
• Will be helping “cut and dump” bags of dry ingredients which requires lifting up to 50lbs regularly
• Will assist with packaging, lifting boxes on skids, making boxes – all duties may be required at different times
• Should be ok with repetitive lifting, working in their feet for long periods
• Must wear all safety equipment that is provided here
• Experience with an RF scanner/gun is an asset
• basic knowledge of computers
• reading and writing skills required, some paperwork to be completed
• Should have a good attitude and flexible to work with a diverse team
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Safety shoes mandatory; proper dress attire is long pants and t-shirt unless otherwise stated
